OVERVIEW

Baraxa Pty Ltd trading as WS Building & Project Management is a family owned and operated Construction Company.

Werner Zettl  the Owner /director and Builder has been in the building industry  his whole life,  working  firstly for his father after school and weekends,   then after leaving school  he did his Carpentry and Joinery apprentice is 1979, continuing to work in the family business, until he took over in 1988.

Over the years Werner has worked with a number of others builders.   After working in the mid north coast for 18 months as a Forman on a high rise construction during 2003 and 2004 Werner and wife Sue started trading as WS Building and Project Management.

WS Building provides for both the domestic and commercial markets.

DOMESTIC WORKS

When you call us you get to speak directly with the owners and will deal with the builder all the way.  We pride ourselves on our personal service and attention to detail.  We believe in providing only quality workmanship and want you to be happy with the finished product and proud to show off your new home, extension or renovation.

Werner is hands on, all the way and working with our experienced team of tradesmen we will get the work done for you in a professional and timely manner.  If it’s a smaller job such as a bathroom renovation, new deck or small addition, Werner will do most of the carpentry work himself using fully qualified licensed trades for electrical, plumbing, and tiling works.

If you want a larger extension or a new home, Werner will project manage all the tradesmen required to get your project completed to a highly professional finish that you will be happy to come home to, providing you or your architect with regular updates and site meeting to ensure your are informed every step of the way

We believe good communication is vital in establishing a positive relationship which begins with our first meeting and extends through construction and beyond, either directly with yourself, as the client, and /or with your architect.

COMMERCIAL WORKS

Commercially we have completed works at schools and churches including extensions and renovations, industrial buildings, townhouses and even completed the construction of a new winery in 2008 working very closely with both architect and client.

INSURANCES AND PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS

A member of MBA, we are fully licensed and have all the necessary insurances including Home Owners Warranty Eligibility, Contract Risks and Public Liability Insurance, to carry out your construction requirements.

We believe very strongly in safety and will work within the OH&S Guidelines at all times, we only use licensed tradespeople on our building sites.
